Requirements:
- Attending to corporate compliance matters (Bursa’s LR & MCCG) by liasing with Co Secretary & attending to Bursa’s survey / questionaires
- Monitoring Directors’ training and Directors’ & Auditors’ performance appraisals/questionaires
- Coordinating internal audit, risk management, sustainability & CSR activities of the Group
- Drafting Annual Report (Non-A/c Section), Corporate Governance Report & Sustainability Report
- Organizing yearly AGM & adhoc EGM by coordinating with Co Secretary and other involved parties
- Attending to the Group’s corporate exercises by liasing with all relevant professionals (Principal Adviser, Independent Adviser, Solicitors, Reporting Accountant & Valuer)
- Attending to conveyance and litigation matters by coordinating with solicitors
- Updating of the Group’s Corporate Profiles & Project List (Completed, On-going & Future)
- Applying for banking facilities (incl preparing financial projections and coordinating valuation & insurance matters) and attending to legal loan documentations
Scope:
- Qualification:
Possess Finance-related Degree or part professional accounting qualification
Familiarity with the Co Act, Bursa’s LR (incl Practice Notes) & MCCG - Experience:
Min 3 years’ working experience in PLC environment esp on compliance
matters inclusive of at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial position - English:
Proficient in English (both written & spoken) - Computer Literacy: MS Offices (Word & Excel) & Internet savvy

Scope:
- To handle all in-coming and out-going call courteously and in professional manner, take proper messages and transfer calls to appropriate individual.
- Handle in-coming documents and distributing of post and organize outgoing mails, faxes, despatch and courier services.
- Handle visitors courteously, making sure that they are immediately attended to.
- Managing the front desk reception area to ensure the environment is clean and tidy
- Assist in administrative duties and clerical support.

Responsibilities:
- Requires to record the daily sales report and follow up reports on other information to the sales department.
- Require to attend road show/expo/events/sales gallery according to the duty rooster arranged by department head.
- To maintain good relationships with the companies’ customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
- Cold calling and achieve monthly personal and group sales target.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts
- Ensure that accounting entries are posted in an accurate and timely matter
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting and variance analysis
- Involve in budgetary controls, review forecast and projections
- Perform quality accounting review and facilitate continuous improvement
- Responsible in preparation of GST tax submission
- Perform ad hoc or any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience (preferably in property development) inclusive of at least 1 year in executive position (Audit experience would be an added advantage).
- Required language(s) : Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Work & Excel) & UBS Accounting System (IFCA Accounting & IFCA Property is an added advantage).
